During the process of migrating, recovering or assisting you in anyway with your data, we have absolutely no concern in the structure or contents of your data.

We are a professional organisation with over 25 years experience and in no way view or manage the contents of your files without you directly requesting first.

In most cases, migrating or recovering data is done in bulk with specialised equipment and software where we do not need to navigate folder contents. This keeps complete separation from your data and ensures total privacy.

The repair of your device or system may cause the loss of user generated data.

In some rare cases, prior to your support request, your data may already be damaged or lost.

Please ensure you have make copies of any data saved on your device or system prior to consultation or engaging our services.

PC Pitstop do not accept any liability for data loss.

You release PC Pitstop, its agents, employees and contractors from any damages whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly from the storage, repair, services or otherwise provided.

While every care is taken to protect your documents, pictures, music etc; in some cases this is not always possible due to certain conditions.

Professionally, we take every care and technological measure to protect and recover your data. PC Pitstop do not accept responsibility for any consequential data or financial loss through the loss of any data, through any fault whatsoever.
