Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

PC Pitstop offers Gift Vouchers for sale for customers looking for last minute birthday, Christmas or special occasion gifts. They can also be used in place of a cash refund or exchange if the situation so calls.

PC Pitstop Gift Vouchers are paper and specially coded for security purposes. It is the responsibility of the cashier to correctly detail the vouchers at point of sale and thoroughly inspect vouchers on receipt.

The following Conditions are printed directly onto the cards for the recipient’s advice:

• Your Gift Voucher may only be used in store at PC Pitstop.
• If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Voucher, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
• No change will be given for amounts under the Voucher’s dollar value.
• You cannot obtain any cash advance with your gift certificate or redeem your gift certificate for cash.
• Your Voucher will be valid for use one year from the date of issue.
• You must present the Gift Voucher at the time of purchase to validate the amount.
• Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• You cannot exchange your gift certificate for a different denomination or type of Gift Voucher or for another tender, cash or discount.
• You cannot cancel your Gift Voucher.
• Goods that are purchased solely or in part with a Gift Voucher are subject to PC Pitstop’s refund and credit policy.
