Uncollected Goods
What are Uncollected Goods?
Where goods left for repair or other treatment in the course of business with PC Pitstop, have not been collected for a period of time, or are not paid for, PC Pitstop will make every effort to contact you. We will then follow the procedures set down by the Uncollected Goods Act.
Disposal Procedures and Notification
Customers with uncollected goods remaining will be contacted verbally and or via written notice for up to 6mths before disposal or court order depending on value of item.
Customer Notice
Items not collected within 7 days of notice of completion will incur a $2 a day storage fee additional to the original worked billed. This fee is to cover storage space of your uncollected items.
* If, at any stage, you are unable to collect goods within 3-7 days of notice for genuine reasons, please contact your nearest PC Pitstop and we will be happy to discuss your options.
